How to make bubble tea

Hot boba tea:

  1. Pour the milk tea powder bag and other ingredients into the cup.
  2. Add 180ml of hot water (temperature above 85°C).
  3. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved, and you obtain a cup of fragrant and smooth bubble tea.

Cold boba tea:

  1. Pour the milk tea powder bag and other ingredients into the cup.
  2. Add 110ml of hot water (temperature above 85°C).
  3. Add 70 grams of ice cubes to cool the milk tea.
